New LetsNoobOut

This is the new overlay and accompanying assets (transition, notifications, panels, logo/icon, and emotes) that I designed and helped implement for Twitch streamer LetsNoobOut. Technically a redesign to better match her VTube avatar (a lazy demon girl who's main color is the purple of her hair), the logo stayed more or less the same, with a newer "hellish" look to the rest of it, especially the fiery transition that went along with this overlay.

This stuff is mostly used on the LetsNoobOut Twitch channel, which can be found here: twitch.tv/letsnoobout
